So happy about this drop. After 3 babies in the last 5 years, I’m finally ready to take my health back so I can be a healthy mommy for my babies. Not too restrictive with calories because I’m breastfeeding my 4 month old…
Reducing portions and less carbs seem to be doing it and gym 3 times a week
90.7 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
