Up again. Still that's life. Busy day 16,015 steps, half an hour on exercise bike. more healthy foods because I am lacking iron soon sort it out. How are you all? Been lazy now. oh forgot knee ex-ray good. so that's a relief no new knees. 😅 Have a wonderful evening Merry Mel 🤩
