Good Morning FS friends. I ha ve met my get fit with 6 challenge. 6000 steps a day for 6 weeks and loose 6pds.. the 6 weeks arent up but the 6pds are up. so on to the finish line. SO BLUE. LINE HERE I COME
79.1 kg Lost so far: 14.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
