Great news for me this morning. My A1C is much lower, my liver enzymes are normal for the first time in many years. My doctor gave me an A for today. I do know I'm far from finished yet. I still need to lose another 35 pounds, continue to up my exercise level and continue to bring my A1C down. But, I m very satisfied with my Dr's visit today. Hurray! This means no new meds!
99.7 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Isn't it great to see the improvement in our health as we lose weight? My a1c has dropped from 6.1 to 4.8.
