Hmmm... expected to weigh less. maybe I should've skipped the captain crunch before bed. Starting day 2 without coffee. Sleep was broken up and I woke a few times but thankfully wasn't awake more than 30 minutes. I think it'll take a few days to really tell.
95.6 kg Lost so far: 17.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Apparently I had sympathy wakefulness last night. Took over an hour and a half to fall asleep and kept waking up to go to the bathroom. I hope your Monday goes well, DP!

I sleep better when my last food intake is an early supper. Otherwise, a late snack just fuels me up and I can't sleep from the energy (blood glucose circulating).

I never sleep more than about 4 hours at a time, usually less than that. But, my sister and my sons sleep all night and hardly move at all while sleeping. My mother was the same way.

My espresso machine literally blew a gasket, so I’m not properly caffeinated this morning. Ordered a new one (gasket), hoping it gets here fast because normal coffee is not for me. Think next cup will be aeropress concentrate.

I always weigh more if i eat right before bed but usually the next day it's down again.

the only cereal i like is Cream of Wheat. i have a feeling that is not a great choice, so i will stick to once a month minimum. hurrah to those who can eat it as i am jealous
