So close to my goal 😀
61.6 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Personally, I think you are at goal! Your weight is going to fluctuate some around that 137 number. You just have to figure out what your acceptable range is, and maintain from there. I am cheering you on🎉

karen40.poole, I'm close to my goal and I know my running weight was 127 so I'm hoping I land at about 130. From here on, I'm really just going to continue what I'm doing and see what happens. I may have to open a bottle of bubbly though 🍾🥂.
