After dipping into the 130's for just a couple of days, I have been consistently between 140 & 140.2 for 6 days. I thought I might get back below 140 today, but it did not happen. Maybe this is my new normal weight.

I've been a little gassy for a few days. I think trying to eat more protein & adding some beans has done that. Today I needed to use the bathroom a lot...more than usual. TMI 😏 Hopefully, that all settles down. I did manage to get my protein just over 80g today. 40 of that was the protein bar I ate at the Gym & the protein powder in the smoothie after we hot home. I only eat the bars @ the Gym & we only plan to use the powder on Gym days. So, I still need to eat food higher in protein on the rest of the days to try & keep it higher.

I had a really good workout today. 35 minutes on the treadmill, about 10-15 minutes doing some crunches, etc. & some arm weights. Then I went down to the weight machines & did 3 reps on all the weight machines I've used so far & some lunges & arm exercises with the bands. That was 30 to 40 minutes. I ended with 30 minutes on the bike.

I packed up a bag of jeans, cropped pants & pants to take to my sisters tomorrow to see if they can wear them. Also a suede jacket, a dress & a satin blouse. I told my sister that I wanted them out of the house, cause I have no intentions of ever being able to wear them again. I have more stuff I'll probably donate. These are all pretty nice pieces, I'd love for them (sisters) to be able to use them. I worked in Retail Mgt.....mostly ladies clothing, for 30+ years. Over the years I acquired a lot of nice clothing. Some of what I can wear now are the smaller sizes I had. But the larger ones gotta go!
