No loss this week. Planning my sister's memorial service has made me stress, sadness eat. I hate it. Why can't I want carrots during these times????

Because carrots don’t provide the same dopamine rush as “comfort” foods. Are you able to walk/do something active? It’s important that you carve out a little time to decompress during this stressful time - it will help with your food choices. Sending all the positivity your way right now.
