I can't keep calm, I've finally landed in the double digit zone🎉. Haven't had a 2 digit weight in over 5 years
99.5 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week

one question.if i have 1200 calorie must i eat that amount

@seedat1961 Yes, that means the food you consume throughout day should amount to 1200 calories. However, 1200 calories sounds way too little and might not be sustainable in the long run. A lot of people don't recommend consuming 1200 calories per day
