Dunno how, but I ain't asking question!
Fat % seems to be the same, so I assuming I've lost muscles a bit Vs actually losing fat/weight.
91.1 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks Joop. Hoping to be at gym this week still, weight yo-yo'd terribly overt winter, but at least I am not much up from my lowest in April. Now it's summer, the weight loss should be alot easier!

For sure! Summer makes it easier to be active. I plan on laying by the pool all summer, but minus the usual cocktails and chips ;)
