I started with the real meal revolution on the 25th of august 2014 and I have lost 5kg so far. sitting on 137kg at the moment

I found I ate too much on Real Meal Revolution, was under the impression if it was protein - Enjoy ! Sticking to the E.L.F diet (Eat Less Food) and calorie counting, cutting out bread. pasta and rice and alcohol (lots of calories hiding in that wine bottle). I've lost 4kg in 3 weeks. But stictly on 1000 calories per day, including a very occasional glass of Lite Wine. Good Luck with your weight loss, lots of my friends and family are have great success with RMR.
