I may have found something to help my night tendency to over snack. I had a bowl of low sugar oatmeal from a package with a little fresh fruit and that seemed to satisfy me enough to go to sleep. it was nice having something warm. It was also easy and quick.
101.6 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 20.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
