I just came across you on here and saw that we are trying to do the same goal (except I’m way behind you) :) I’m 155 now and really want to get to 135. How long has it taken you about to achieve what you have so far and do you have anything that really particularly helped, if it’s ok for me to ask? I’m currently trying to eat fewer than 1400 calories a day. Covid took off two pounds, but unfortunately I gained them back. I’m working out three days a week with my husband and we walk 30 minutes a day. Your results inspired me! Thank you! 🙏

#Pianoerin,. What seems to be working for me. I'm an extreme logger of my food intake. I start the morning w/ givens:. My 4 C coffee, Late night (9pm) Cereal. Logging these early am, lets me see what I have left to work with for the day. 1100 and 1200 calories (rarely over 1200) try to balance the Protein, Fat and Carbs. I walk about 40 minutes daily and workout some. This is for building muscle, moving oxygen and burning fat off my Assendo 😉 NOT for adding more OK's for food. I try to keep my food simple and eat a lot of veggies. Sometimes the scale does not move, sometimes it does - I have to remind myself to trust the process. Hope this helps, just know we are all different. I eat late at night because I can't sleep if I don't.

#Pianoerin - I started my Journey on Fat Secret on May 24th so I am 1 week away from my 2 month mark. I've read many inspirational stories here that keep me focused because I see this site works if we do. I'm so honored that you saw my journey as an inspiration. Now go write your story. You got this!
