Slow weight loss, been at a 80kg plateau for a few weeks 😭😭process is hard, also have to be mindful because I’m still breastfeeding
Some progress today 💫
79.5 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
