Hello Everyone, I will write what I wrote yesterday because I deleted it by accident. Today Saturday I have done 15,410 I am very pleased, resting now. Yesterday I said I hope Everyone is alright? I am good. But I also said if anyone is struggling, or sad or angry, try this go to a quiet place a calming hour or so to yourself. Ask your self questions to why you are like this, if you are alone talk to us I am sure we will help you. Also think and know we need to think about what we are doing, as life is far too short so every second counts. Think of all the 100's of wars gone before us and all the unnecessary suffering etc. so now we still have unnecessary wars and what for, Putin you are like Hitler and all cruel evil people who are making people suffer all over again. Why? for pure greed, for land money, religion. That's all men fight about stupid ghastly greed abd like watching people suffer But enough said there I could go on but I won't this is a diet site, not the worries of the world. But please remember try not to do or say bad whether it's about yourself or someone else, we need to be more loving and caring with everyone. And the environment , rubbish been the worst thing. please take it home with you there is loads around and that's destroying us and animals. oh, sorry All, here I go again. I'll shut up now.
