Skipping the yoghurt yesterday, plus having coffee with cream instead of cappuccino did the trick. Almost in double digits now.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 10.2 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
