Zucchini pesto and truffle lunch.

1 cup chopped zucchini
1 medium tomato
1 small red onion
1tbs Extra virgin olive oil
6 pieces of sun dried tomatoes
1tsp roasted red peppers pesto
1tsp basil pesto
2tbs fresh lemon juice
1 slice truffle
1tsp salt

Brown onions and tomatoes lemon juice salt oil, add zucchini truffle dried tomato and pesto . Prep 20min
