72 hour fast done and dusted. Total weight loss 3kg. Now for the difficult part to introduce food slowly. Having bulletproof coffee for breakfast and a cup of soup for lunch.
76 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
