New depression and anxiety medication...side effects weight gain 😭

BUT, ditched all sleeping tablets, and a lot less anxiety.

I just have to get active, and keep logging my meals on this App.
85.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
