Today I weighed myself Today. 122lbs. I am trying different tactics towards my weight loss because loss it's not. So I am eating what I like not cutting anything out. it was 16 May last year (2021) since I last weighted 114lbs. So am weighting out more and that's it to keep my potions down. the word DIET doesn't help. so I'm Just starting all over again. Happy Sunday. Merry Mel 🥰.

Good luck with your reset. Weighing food and portion control are key. I think we tend to imagine that we're better at guesstimating portion sizes than we really are. I guess we could all sanity-check our weight targets are in a healthy range by using online bmi calculators as a generalised guide.
