I successfully lost 8kg. I did light exercise I enjoyed 3 times a week and ate in a small deficit while still enjoying treats. I was so so close to the my pre pregnancy weight, had 2kg to go. Then I got sick. I had zero energy, an infection that wouldn't go away and resulted in reactive arthritis. Bad health on the top of the normal full time job, learning java, a toddler, a husband and then moving house resulted in exercise taking a back seat. I've lost my baby muscles in build and gained 2kg on the scale (could've been worse!) but at least my weight has been consistent for the last few weeks so in not gaining more. After lots of pathology and radiology and doctor's visits I'm booked for sinus surgery on the 23rd of June. After 2 weeks of recovery I truly look forward to feeling better and starting to exercise again. This weight loss is journey has always been about being healthy and active, being an example to my son and being able to run and play with him. It's a never ending journey.
58.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
