I'm really kicking some ass. in anticipation of my bday next week and my son visiting for a month. I know I'll regain some, but I really hope I don't get too derailed while he's here. 😅

69.1 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg. Still to go: 11.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
