I can clearly see a slow down in weight loss if I skip the cardio. its tough to burn 1000 calories as it takes approximately 1.5 hours of keeping the heart rate in the fat burning zone. We must just persist and it can be done.
Interesting thought that keeps me going..... I want six months of results at the end of this year and not six months of excuses.
127.8 kg Lost so far: 22.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
