Small drop but had two extremely high protein days. Gained 0.3kg muscle mass and dropped 0,5% body fat so I’ll take it!
69.5 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
