I know you impressed.... But without sounding like I am judging I am genuinely impressed you can eat that volume of calories 🤣🤣 aren't you like stuffed 🤭🤭

How long is your experiment for? Two weeks? A month? What are your expectations?

@BurnItBeamic This is fairly close to how I was eating before, and I can already attest to the great energy and mood from carnivore eating. It's a known treatment for depression. I usually have pretty good sleep and that hasn't changed.
@WaistAway87 Sometimes I feel full but not too stuffed. Also a large amount of the calories come from dairy fats, which I find easy to overeat 😅
@JustBananas I'm planning on maybe another 2 weeks after tomorrow. While I'm staying with her, my mother is encouraging me to eat this way (which I largely agree with) as it will provide me with good nutrition for health. However, my goal is still to lose more weight and I'm not convinced this will help me with that in the short term.
Just to clarify a little, the idea isn't actually to eat high calorie, but to eat until fully satisfied without limiting calories. Initially I may be overdoing it because the food is just so good 🤤
