Fuuuuuuck. stress eating. ugh I give up 😭😭😭😭
86.1 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Never give up, dust yourself off and try again tomorrow. Winning is not about being or doing it perfectly every day but about getting up as quickly as possible when knocked down. So you had a bad morning, end the day better. Or you had a bad day, get back at it tomorrow. A bad Friday and Saturday, Sunday is a good day to go for a long hike - you get the idea! And pretty soon you find new ways of dealing with the stress and get back up quicker after every fall. But you need to keep practicing! 🌹
