Had a lot of fun last weekend and so I started the week with 4 extra lbs of water retention. It came off quickly so I was back on track as of yesterday but today finally a new loss! 😁
87.2 kg Lost so far: 33.0 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
