Waist 90 cm, 35 1/2 inches. Lowest waist this year. Most importantly less than half my height. An important health marker. Ate a 600g fatty steak last night. Meat is the ultimate diet food. I have decreased the cappuccinos as they are full of lactose. Replaced with coffee with cream. That suppresses my appetite.
