I was sure I hadn't lost weight. Seeing it on the scale, however, is a bit sad. I've been out a lot this week and I know that eating in pubs or restaurants and drinking alcohol is not exactly the best strategy to lose weight. I will try to keep optimism and continue to give it my all 💪 I start the "zero alcohol and zero fried food" week 🥲
68.3 kg Lost so far: 26.7 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Be kind to yourself! Life happens! Also, this is about a lifelong change in food and mindset around food! The journey HAS to be sustainable to be successful! Like @erq said, "some weld are harder than others." No need to quit trying! You CAN DO THIS! Stay the course and show yourself some love! 💪 💯 🫶 🌎 🙌
