Day 2 of recording my being off Naltrexone week: Forgot evening supplements 😬 Took Melatonin around 11 pm, finished surfing channels between the Jimmy's and called it a night. I had already seen this weeks episode of The First Lady and was feeling very tired, despite it having been a relatively easy day. Bed 11:50,
up 12:40 am stretch, flutter kick, turn over,
up 1:30 rock, stretch, turn over,
up 2:35 am - back to bed 2:55 am,
up 3:30 stretch, roll, flutter kick, turn over,
up 4:40 turn, rearrange pillows, turn, stretch, turn,
up 5:50 - back to bed 6:20, reset alarm to 6:50,
6:50 turn, rearrange pillows, hit snooze button, turn, hit snooze button,
7:05 get up, weigh in, CBD Cream right hip, from buttock around to groin, & both knees, feed cats, Moringa body butter on calves, thighs, & arms, dress, put clothes in dryer, take Losartan, Bupropion, & Aspirin, Paratransit picked up 8:10 got to work at 9! Legs feel lighter, and left leg doesn't appear as swollen, but both knees and right hip are just as bad as far as pain goes.

9:40 Tiger Balm both knees. Serious struggle standing up. Right hip to knee, to foot not cooperating. Tizanidine 2 capsules!

1:40 pm Both feet on fire and swollen thru the sandal straps. Skin turns white from bright red with every step. Lactulose 1 Tbsp.


Will continue this for the rest of the week, so sorry to weigh you down with my personal BS.

Didn't get the job I interviewed for. Super bummed, but supposedly they didn't get the Affordable Contract that made the position I was interviewing for necessary. Whatever! When it's meant to be it will happen, meanwhile have reached out to another 4 Recruiters that have positions they want to discuss with me.

So sorry for your troubles Jeannie, it really is awful. The anti-inflammatory my Doc prescribed has really helped, so I'm sleeping much better. Bummer about the job too. I know there is a doctor out there who can help you. Come to Houston, you can stay with me and we'll find one for you.
