Well the drop in calories looks like it might be already working. I have broke 130lbs! 🎉🎉 Hoping to keep consistent and continue to stick within the new 1500 calories per day. 🤞😅
58.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
