I truly thought that when I went off the rails yesterday I would cry on the scale(considering I haven't💩in days) but only a 2point raise in my weight.... confusing but I'll take it. I did, however, rearranged 2 rooms, did 4 full loads of laundry, went to see MIL in the nursing home & then took my Mother to dinner...I guess I burned some calories😂😂😂
