and the magic number for today is..........157.2. a week off of my routine and the damage was minimal to nothing. i am grateful for controlling my eating and working my plan as best I could while away from home and on a different schedule entirely. i have earned my beer and food day tomorrow.
71.3 kg Lost so far: 33.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
