2Kg's gained since my last weigh-in😐😐. That said, I know the cause of this gain, water retention; my hypoglycemia and heart-agina went a bit hang-wired, so needed to consume high amounts of sugar to just have energy to cope.🤐🤐🤐
77.9 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
