So 6 weeks into bulking season, picked up 10kilos of weight, diet has been rather lean thankfully, each day consisted of about 3500kcal, ranging macros for protein at 300g daily, carbs about 450g daily and fats between 50 and 100g daily... So much food, 😜😋😝😁

Now I will hit the leaning hard cutting my daily kcal to about 1400kcal daily and majority of the diet will be proteins😁
92 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week

1400kcal sounds so painful!! Good work on the bulk and Good luck on the cut keep your gym strength up for as long as possible and you'll be looking lean and mean in no time.
