Feeling very positive today! I had been struggling on the weekends, splurging way too much and going out to eat. Last weekend I made an effort to avoid that and it made a huge difference. I finally got to onederland and have had some great losses this week. I'm hoping the trend continues for a little while more at least because those plateaus kill me. 😅
