FINALLY GOT AN APPETITE BACK!! I jogged for the first time in years. before i got sick of course. but. I JOGGED!!! Hopefully i slow down a bit on the weight loss. Im hitting 5lbs lost this week.. I want it healthy though. Not bc i couldn't eat for 4 days. I've past my lowest weight i've been now! 💃🏻💃🏻 i might cry when i see 170s! I cant remember the last time i seen that on a scale. Maybe high school. lol (Back in the 1900s 🤣😭🤣🤣) wheeew child! I see the end of this 10+ year battle and IM WINNING THIS TIME! Weekends a day away! Everyone enjoy. Stay safe and accountable!!

Keep on the course. You are doing well. Just be sensible and all in moderation. We have had a similar path with mine beginning in 2018. I started at 300, and got down to 171 by Oct 2000 which I had not weighed since high school MANY years ago. My wife told me I was TOO skinny and to put on a few pounds. No one had EVER told me I was too skinny. The holidays and vacation came, and put on about 20 pounds over the course of a few months. I would still like to lose about 10 of those pounds, but have been stable overall for the past 2 years. You can do it. Be well !!

How amazing of a loss Bionizi!! Congrats!! My loss has been a roller coaster. I started at 315/320 almost 12 years ago. I got down to 184 in 10 months. Blew back up to 265. Then back down to 185. Aaaand back up to 225. Now im 181. Im going back to the gym tomorrow since im well now. Im on somewhat of a keto way of eating. So i dont think i ever fell out of ketosis. The problem now is from being sick and not eating im not as hungry much. So i need to make myself eat. Thank you. You got this too. And i think you should stay where youre the healthiest and happiest!! 😊
