I've been fluctuating between 146 & just over 147 for 13 days. I know the way to get to my goal of 144 (just 3 lbs.) I should cut back a few calories. I can't seem to stay below my maintenance goal of 1800 for more than a day or 2. I'm not eating a huge amount of food but my "treats" have become customary instead of occasional.

I have been getting a walk in everyday and doing some work in the gardens. Today, I watered a bunch of plants, did some weeding & gave everything a spray of deer repellant.

My daughter video called this afternoon while she had my great granddaughter, so I could see her & we could chat. She is such a gorgeous baby & so good.

Tomorrow we're going for the Gospel Jam at the Bear on the Square Festival in town. Afterwards we can walk around the square & take a look at the art/ craft vendors. Then, a planned trip to Home Depot. I need some Grass B Gone & maybe I'll take a look at the flowers.
