ok im back home with my daughter. my sis n law wedding this weekend was great but i ate cake and fried chicken and French fries other stuff i knew would make me swell up. so. at least its just a lb. falling out of ketosis sucks. going back into ketosis sucks too lol but i think im almost back cuz i feel much better today then i did yesterday. i woke up early today on my own like i before with no headaches.
