Ah thank you M. It’s definitely nice to be where I am now, I would not have thought this possible but here I am. My “plan” right now is to stick to 1500-1600 calories a day and see where it takes me. When the weight stops coming off I will have to do a reality check and think about what that number really means to me. I’m in this for the long run, it’s a way of life.

DomOlive, I’m with you all the way. I am seriously changing my eating and exercise behaviour for life. I am considering the same kind of plan once I reach goal. I realize that I can NEVER return to my previous eating style if I want to live a long and happy life.
