Still not 100% and not doing the exercise I usually achieve, however have more of an appetite. So I will take the 0.5 lbs gain this weekend.
59.2 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
