Saturday's are my cheat day. I had one bite of lemon cake with icing. For dinner a Philly steak and cheese with onions, bell peppers and rye bread and 5 fried mushrooms. A couple glasses of dry red wine. This morning weight stayed the same. I did do my daily 20 hour fast. Back to my daily routine 60 pound's to go for knee replacement surgery. I've been doing stationary bike for 15-20mins a day. I didn't do it yesterday or today as my knee joint is no longer lined up and the pain has been overwhelming. Letting it settle down then I will start back at it again.
137.4 kg Lost so far: 35.8 kg.    Still to go: 51.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
