had a rough week at work too busy and working way too late. wasnt able to track but still tried to make good choices. hopefully i can get back on track this week with exercise, eating and my tracking!
79.4 kg Lost so far: 27.2 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
