up down up down, eat well few days then binge eat... thats the cycle i need to find a way to break
64.1 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 12.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I embrace that cycle by counting calories Mon-Fri and then not counting on the weekend. I don't know if it's the right thing to do but its working for me at the moment. :)

Balance is key, try incorporating some of your favourite foods into your daily intake so you don’t feel deprived. Keep a positive mindset and stay consistent because consistency is better than perfection. I hope this helps🙏

try upping your daily calories. it helped me to stop feeling deprived which made me binge. if cutting 500 calories is Maki g you binge the try cutting 400. best of grace with your journey.
