no movement. but my clothing feels better. people are starting to notice something is different. needed keep on consistent with my workouts but die-cut the flu at the moment so I will focus on my eating.
93.8 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
