Down 1.8kg am so happy. At this rate will reach my goal in 2 months. Am on a calorie deficit and high protein diet , i want to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. Anyone who has been on a similar journey, please share tips.
75.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
