Been a very busy week, reduced levels of activity particularly over the weekend.

Birthday celebrations dusted off with a seafood extravaganza and no major alcoholic blow out. Can you see me halo. Completed a charity swim at Portishead on Friday, celebrated Fathers day with hubby and kids in town and generally kept busy in the brilliant weather.

Slipped a little with the food as well so this week doing the 'Skip and eat well' challenge. Given that I'm already doing the 'Lose 12lbs in 10 weeks' challenge as well (exact recording requirements) the skipping will help keep me nimble on me feet!

Have repotted all my chilli and capsicum plants. They're stacked in every little crevice in the garden. Struggling to find a spot big enough to skip in.

Not a lot else to report this week (apart from fitting my 10yr old pagani sun-dress better than ever this year) as its gone bracingly well. For all the Glasto-festival goers, don't let predictions of rain spoil your week. Looking forward to a little Wimbledon too.
