Back up a bit ☹️ At least I know why - loadshedding was in the evening 4 nights in a row, so I had to fry dinner on my camping stove (3 times) or get take aways (once). Hopefully Friday will not only get rid of this regained weight, but a bit extra as well.
60.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
