Just a flucuation up...got rid of it after breakfast 😉 I came in just over 1800 calories yesterday.

Got the sheets changed in the Master bedroom & cleaned the Master bathroom after breakfast. Then, made a library run for new books.

Rainy today.

I'm cooking the rest of the chicken tenderloins from the package I opened a few days ago. Planning to mix them in with onions, sweet peppers & baby potatoes....Green beans on the side.
66.5 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
