Extremely poor eating habits of late!!!!
As of today, Focussing on my goal - 44.5kgs.
No more chocolates, no more puddings, no more fats!
Will be done =)
46.5 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

That's where you arfe going wrong - the fat part at least. I eat a diet that is high in fat (more than 80% of daily intake) and have lost over 30kg since January. Cut the carbs, eat fat and get thin ...
